Refund Policy

We sell two products: Solar Listing Defense Reports for real estate agents ($199 one-time) and operator platform subscriptions for licensed solar consultants ($99–$499 per month). Different refund rules apply to each.
Solar Listing Reports ($199 one-time)
Solar Listing Reports are delivered as a buyer-ready PDF within approximately 24 hours of document upload. You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following apply:
- Your report is not delivered within 7 business days of document upload
- The delivered report contains material factual errors that we are unable to correct after notice
- The system was unable to process your uploaded documents and a usable report could not be produced
Refund requests must be submitted to realtors@lowermypge.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
No refunds are available after the report has been formally accepted, downloaded for delivery to a buyer, or used in a real estate transaction. Reports are vendor-neutral informational analyses — disagreement with the report's findings or with how a counterparty interpreted the data is not grounds for refund.
Operator Platform Subscriptions ($99–$499/month)
Operator subscriptions (Founder, Core, and Core+ tiers) are billed monthly via recurring Stripe subscription. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing mark@lowermypge.com.
- Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period after cancellation — no further charges
- We do not pro-rate partial-month refunds
- Customer data, leads, and account history remain available for download for 90 days after cancellation
- If you cancel and later reactivate, Founder-tier graduated pricing may not be reinstated at the original discounted rate — referrals are re-counted from the reactivation date
If you believe you were charged in error, or if the platform was materially unavailable for a sustained period during your billing cycle, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks
If you have a dispute with a charge, please contact us first at mark@lowermypge.com before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days and will resolve legitimate issues directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may delay resolution and incur processing fees.
